This has been an incredibly difficult and distressing week for many of us, filled with intense emotions and many thoughts to process. Compass Health Center’s Learning & Development department put together this list of helpful resources to support the community as we all continue to grieve the tragedy in Highland Park, IL.

Please note Compass Health Center and Compass Virtual are available to help. Compass offers Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Programs. These group-based therapeutic programs are treatment options for individuals struggling with debilitating symptoms of Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Trauma, PTSD, and/or Bipolar Disorder that interfere with daily functioning. Compass’s PHP and IOP programs offer people comprehensive psychiatric and behavioral health treatment while maintaining life at home. Call for more information 1-844-576-4634.
